Your agent has a real computer and can act for you online. These rules keep you, other people and the Service safe. They apply to everything you ask your agent to do, including coding work on its computer.
1. Do not use hafbot to
- Spam: send bulk or unsolicited messages, emails or posts, or buy or rent lists to message.
- Scrape at scale: run scraping farms, bypass rate limits, logins or paywalls, or collect personal data in bulk.
- Mine or misuse compute: crypto mining, password cracking, or reselling or sharing your computer.
- Abuse children: any child sexual abuse material. We report it to the authorities as the law requires and close the account.
- Impersonate: pretend to be another person or organisation, or post as someone without their permission.
- Run sockpuppets: create or run fake accounts, fake reviews, or coordinated fake engagement.
- Attack others: hack, scan, probe or disrupt other systems, spread malware, or phish.
- Break the law: fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, or infringing other people’s rights.
- Break other platforms’ rules: we pass through the rules of the platforms your agent uses for you, including the usage policy of any AI coding subscription you connect, Telegram’s terms, and the terms of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and Microsoft.
- Get around our safeguards: try to bypass approval cards, the network filter or account limits.
2. Websites and apps you publish
Sites your agent publishes live on hafbot.app addresses (or your own domain) and must follow this policy too. In particular, do not publish:
- phishing pages, or pages that pretend to be a bank, government body, brand or another person;
- forms that collect passwords or card numbers, unless your own app uses a reviewed template;
- malware, or downloads that hide what they do;
- content that is illegal where you or your visitors are.
Every publish is checked for phishing and malware. Each site shows a small “Report abuse” link, and we may take a site down at once if it puts people at risk. Takedowns are logged and, where it is safe, explained to you.
3. Limits we apply
To protect the Service we apply rate limits to each computer, for example on web requests, new websites per hour, data transfer, emails per day (30, with at most 10 to new recipients) and posts per day per platform (10). We may slow down a computer that runs at full power for a long time with no task.
4. What happens if the rules are broken
We may block an action, rate-limit, pause your agent, or suspend or close your account. Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@hafbot.si. Report security issues to security@hafbot.si.
