These terms are an agreement between you and hafbot (“hafbot”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the hafbot agent, its computer, the bot on Telegram, hafbot.si and our docs (together, the “Service”).
1. Who can use hafbot
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
1.2 You may use hafbot only from a country where we offer it, and, if you connect your own AI coding subscription, only from a country its provider supports. We ask your country during setup and may refuse or end access from unsupported regions.
1.3 One agent per person and per Telegram account.
2. What hafbot is
2.1 hafbot gives you a personal AI agent that runs on its own cloud computer, remembers what you tell it, and asks for your approval before acting in your name.
2.2 If you connect your own AI coding subscription, hafbot can use it on your agent’s computer for coding work. hafbot is independent and is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by that provider. Trademarks belong to their owners.
3. Your own AI coding subscription (optional)
3.1 Bigger coding projects can use your own AI coding subscription. You sign in through the provider’s own sign-in on your agent’s computer.
3.2 Your use of that subscription is governed by its provider’s terms and usage policy, which you accept with the provider directly. That usage is billed by the provider to your own plan. We do not sell, include, pay for or resell it.
3.3 We never ask for, see or store its password or login tokens. Never paste them into the chat.
4. Approvals and your responsibility
4.1 hafbot shows you an approval card before it sends a message, publishes or deletes a post, pays, books, submits a form with your personal data, creates an account, connects an account or shares a file outside its computer.
4.2 You are responsible for actions you approve. Read each card before you tap Approve. Approving runs exactly what the card shows.
4.3 You are responsible for having the right to use the accounts, content and data you give your agent, and for following the rules of the platforms it acts on for you (for example Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook).
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may rate-limit, pause or suspend an agent that breaks it, puts others at risk or endangers the Service. Where we can, we tell you why first.
6. Plans, payments and refunds
6.1 Plans, prices, computer hours and limits are shown on the pricing page. AED prices include 5% UAE VAT.
6.2 Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
6.3 Refunds follow our Billing and refunds policy.
7. Your content and data
7.1 You keep all rights in what you send to your agent and what it makes for you. You give us only the permissions we need to run the Service for you.
7.2 We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7A. Websites and apps you publish
7A.1 Your agent can publish websites and small apps for you on an address under hafbot.app (for example your-name.hafbot.app) or, on plans that include it, on your own domain. Your plan sets how many sites, apps and databases you can have.
7A.2 Nothing is published until you approve the card. You are responsible for what your sites say and do, including any data your app collects from visitors and the notices the law requires for it.
7A.3 Published sites must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We scan each publish and may take a site down to protect visitors.
7A.4 If your plan ends or drops below your number of sites, extra sites go offline after a notice in the bot. Your site files stay on your agent’s computer.
8. AI output
8.1 hafbot uses AI models that can make mistakes. We give no warranty that agent output is accurate, complete or fit for a purpose. Check important facts, figures and code before relying on them.
8.2 Videos and images your agent generates with AI may be marked as AI-made where the law requires it.
9. Availability and changes
9.1 We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. During private development and the pilot, features may change, pause or be withdrawn.
9.2 We may change these terms. For material changes we tell you in the bot at least 15 days before they take effect.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.2 Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for actions you approved.
11. Ending the Service
11.1 You can delete your account at any time with /memory then “Delete everything”, or by contacting support. Your computer and data are destroyed within 7 days, and removed from backups within 35 days.
11.2 We may suspend or end your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumers keep any protection the law of their own country gives them.
